Product Return Policy and Refund Overview

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we want to make the process as easy as possible. This page outlines our product return policy and refund process.

Our return guidelines

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@automods.com.au or use our online chat support. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package when returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for your protection. AutoMods is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you are exchanging the item(s), we will ship the replacement item(s) to you free of charge.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item(s) received were damaged, defective, or incorrect.
